Production & Orders

Production

The Production report totals what was produced in the period:

• Total Produced (MT) — finished product weight from completed runs.
• Unique Specs — the number of distinct paper type + GSM + width + descriptor combinations produced.
• Production Days — days with at least one run completion.

Below the KPIs, production is broken down by spec and by day.

Orders & Fulfilment

The Orders report covers order intake and delivery for the period:

• Total Orders placed.
• Fulfilment Rate — the share of those orders that reached Completed or Dispatched.
• Total MT Ordered.

Use the delivery dates on orders and the Planner dashboard's overdue / due-soon counts to manage the queue day to day.

Product Demand

The Product Demand report ranks widths by how often they've been ordered, for a lifetime, 6-month or 3-month window, optionally filtered to a paper type or GSM. This is the same frequency data the optimizer uses to propose extra-size suggestions — a width high on this list is a good candidate to cut into leftover waste.
