Reading the Waste Trend Report
The Waste Trend Report shows actual trim waste % (logged vs. total paper consumed) over a selected date range, plotted per machine and per paper type. The horizontal axis is time; the vertical axis is waste %. The < 0.5% benchmark is shown as a reference line.

Date Range & Filters
Select any date range up to 12 months. Filter by machine, paper type, or planner to isolate variables. Spikes in waste % that correlate with a specific planner or paper type often indicate a training opportunity or a machine calibration issue.
Export
Export the trend data to Excel (Suite plan) for further analysis in your own reporting tools. The export includes per-run detail rows, not just the chart aggregates.
