On-time Delivery %

The Order Fulfillment Report compares each order's delivery date to the actual challan dispatch date. Orders dispatched on or before the delivery date are marked on-time. The report shows on-time % by customer and by paper type, useful for identifying customers whose orders consistently have tighter scheduling requirements.

Backlog Analysis

The Backlog view shows all orders that are past their delivery date but not yet dispatched. Filter by severity (days overdue) and customer to prioritise scheduling. Orders more than 3 days overdue are highlighted in red.
