Waste & Efficiency

The Waste & Efficiency report summarizes trim performance across completed runs in the period: the average waste %, which machine ran cleanest, and how many runs were analysed, with a per-machine breakdown. Pair it with the Waste Log, which lists every individual waste event and its disposal.

Revenue

When order widths carry a sale price per MT, the Revenue report shows total revenue and average revenue per dispatched MT for the period, with tables by customer and by paper spec. Widths without a price simply don't contribute.

Dispatch Sheet

The Dispatch Sheet is a working document for a single day: for a chosen date (and optionally one customer) it lists stock ready to dispatch and stock already dispatched that day, with estimated and actual reel counts. It exports to PDF or CSV and can also be opened per customer from the customer view.

Customer Activity

Each customer's own view carries a Customer Activity report for a date range — a material pipeline (ordered → reserved → produced → ready → dispatched, in MT), the runs that served that customer, order-status mix and a volume trend — exportable to PDF or CSV.
