QR Codes, Labels & Print
Order-Width QR Codes
Every order width has a QR code that encodes its identity. Printing an order (from the order's detail, or a single width) produces a slip with a QR per width and the width's specs, ready to attach to the reel or tie-on tag.
Scanning on the Floor
The Orders screen has a Scan QR action that opens the camera. Scanning a printed width slip jumps straight to that order and width in Deckle Plus — useful for looking up a spec, checking progress, or confirming what a reel belongs to without searching.
QR and scanning are hidden in the core-only build of Deckle Plus.
Reel Barcodes & Slips
Raw-material reels can be printed with barcode labels, and raw-material intakes produce a printable slip. Product reels carry a reel tag that shows on the customer Reel Sheet and dispatch documents.
Printable Cutting Plans
A run's cutting plan prints to PDF from the run detail (and the operator dashboard) — the pattern list with strip layouts, blade positions and run-for weights, for pinning up at the machine. Orders and sandboxes have their own print layouts.
CSV & PDF Exports
- Orders — export the filtered list in the import-ready CSV layout (see CSV Import & Export).
- Reports — Export PDF on any report tab; several tables also export to CSV.
- Customer view — the activity report and reel sheet export to PDF or CSV.
- Waste, inventory transactions, machine and run activity logs — CSV.
- Delivery challans — print-ready PDF.
