Floor Execution

Floor Execution

Operator View

Operators see a simplified version of the run screen focused on execution. It shows the list of patterns, the repetition count for each, and a status indicator. Operators do not see the optimizer controls or pattern creation tools.

Starting a Run

An Operator or Supervisor clicks Start Run to move the run from PENDING to IN PROGRESS. This records the start timestamp and locks the pattern set. No further changes to patterns or order quantities can be made once a run has started.

If you need to modify a run after it has started, use the Sandbox feature to create a modified copy, then promote it (Suite plan required for promotion).

Pattern Execution Order

Patterns are listed in the order recommended by the optimizer. The recommended order is designed to minimise blade adjustment time between passes. Operators can execute patterns in a different order if machine setup allows, but the system records which pattern was executed in which sequence.
