Both stock screens show a live balance — parent-reel stock on Raw Material → Stock Balance, finished goods on Inventory. Each is grouped by grade and size, with the weight available and, for finished goods, how much is unallocated versus committed to orders.

Movement Over Time

The Inventory screen charts stock movement week by week — what came in from production against what went out — over a selectable window, filterable by paper type, GSM or width. Open any stock line to see its full transaction ledger: intakes, production draws, commitments and manual adjustments.

Export

A stock line's transaction history exports to CSV for reconciliation against physical stock counts or for feeding an external system.

What Deckle Plus Does

Deckle Plus solves the deckle matching problem — the challenge of cutting fixed-width paper reels into narrower customer-specified widths with minimum trim waste. It uses a two-phase algorithm (column generation + knapsack solve) that runs in milliseconds, reducing trim waste from a typical 2–5% to under 0.5%. Demand is entered as a target weight in metric tons per width, not a roll count. Organizations are provisioned by the Deckle Plus team; there is no self-serve signup.
