Stock Reports
Current Stock View
The Stock Report shows a real-time summary of available inventory, grouped by paper type and GSM. Each row shows: number of reels in stock, total estimated weight available, oldest reel intake date (FIFO risk indicator), and any pending allocation to active runs.

Consumption History
The Consumption History tab shows every production draw from inventory over a selected date range. Filter by paper type, machine, or date to identify consumption trends and plan procurement schedules.
Low-stock Alerts
You can configure a minimum stock threshold per paper type (in kg). When available stock falls below the threshold, the relevant row is highlighted in amber on the Stock Report. Admins can also configure email alerts triggered when stock drops below threshold.
