Machine Management
Admins create, edit, and archive machine records. Archiving a machine hides it from the run creation flow but preserves all historical run data associated with it. You cannot delete a machine that has existing production runs.
Paper Type Management
Admins define the paper grades available to planners. Each paper type has a name, GSM range, minimum trim override (optional), and whether it can be used for REEL, SHEET, or THERMAL orders. Inactive paper types are hidden from order entry but remain on historical records.
User Accounts
Go to Settings → Users to create, edit, suspend, or reset passwords for user accounts. You can see each user's last login time and their currently assigned role. Suspended users cannot log in but their historical actions remain in the audit trail.
Deckle Plus uses email-based authentication. New users receive a one-time setup link. There are no passwords managed by the platform. Users log in via a secure email magic link or their SSO provider (Enterprise plan).
Audit Trail
Every state-changing action in Deckle Plus is recorded in the audit log: who performed it, from which IP address, and when. The audit log is read-only. Even Admins cannot delete audit entries. The log is accessible under Settings → Audit Log and can be exported to CSV.
